Ten on Thursday

1. I’m so glad David is picking up his guitar more often again.
2. I love when he leads us in worship.
3. Especially when the kids join in. Keilah, especially, can sit at her dad’s feet and sing with him until he’s too tired to strum.

4.  Our current favorite worship song is “Sweetly Broken” by Jeremy Riddle.
5. Kealoha thinks it goes: “At the cross you BACON me,  draw me gently to my knees.”
6. I told her the word is “beckon” but she insists it’s bacon because “Mommy, I LOVE bacon!”
7. Um, alrighty, then! :)
8. Have i mentioned why I don’t homeschool?
9.  I think she also just realized that she didn’t get her birthday wish for more siblings because today she said she wants a brother for Christmas.
10. When I told her it’s not going to happen, she said, “Can I have a dog, then?” Man, isn’t that a classic negotiating strategy? Ask for something really big so that your smaller wish will seem doable? The girl is just too good. Maybe that’s why God made me go to business school so I know when she’s conning me.

That is so awesome, the family that worships together will grow strong together. You guys are such great examples for us who hope to one day have families of our own.
Haha Kealoha reminds me so much of someone great that I know, hmmm who could it be? Oh yeah its me, haha she is a smart kid, and she knows all my tricks, whats up with that? Haha I better be on my toes when ya’all visit in a couple of weeks.
